Growing Station

We require biblical standards of conduct and attitude in each of our staff. The staff understands their position as role models for the children in their care. Our staff will be nurturing to encourage the children’s creativity and promote positive self-esteem. Each staff will strive to build a respectful classroom atmosphere to create and foster a learning, enriching environment. Consistent evaluations by the Management Committee and Chairperson to help maintain the Centre’s high standard of excellence for its personnel.
